QuickBooks and Quicken Conversion - Actions Required By Users Before and After April 2, 2018.
Community Bank's Online Banking provider will transition servers used to communicate with QuickBooks and Quicken on April 2, 2018.
Before April 2nd at 6PM and starting after 9:30AM on April 3, QuickBooks and Quicken users are required to take steps to continue using these services with your Community Bank Online Banking account.
First determine your connection type:
- Direct Connect and Express Web Connect users connect to Community Bank directly through the software to download transactions.
- Web Connect users manually download transactions from Community Bank Online Banking and upload transaction posting files into QuickBooks or Quicken.
- QuickBooks Online users do not have software installed locally on their computer. Users sign-on to services hosted on Intuit's website.
Depending on your hardware (PC or Mac) and connection type - please use the appropriate Conversion Guide to facilitate the conversion.
**After 6PM on April 2, 2018 you will not be able to connect to Community Bank via QuickBooks and Quicken until you follow the steps in the appropriate Conversion Guide.
