Community Bank Online Cash Management is completely integrated with our online banking service, and provides business customers with comprehensive account management, payment, and reporting capabilities. The service improves your ability to self-manage your accounts, transactions, and payments by leveraging the power and convenience of the Internet.

Account Management

Access your accounts at your convenience online:

  • See all your accounts in one place checking, savings, loans, and more
  • Monitor account activity and up to 90 days of transaction history
  • Quickly and easily transfer money between your accounts
  • Pay bills
  • View, print and download statements and check images

Key Features

Add any of the following services you wish to utilize within Online Banking:

  • Initiate wire transfers
  • Originate ACH transactions and file uploads for payroll or business payments
  • Make tax payments
  • Positive Pay services available

Cost

Cash Management access is free - payment services are additional:

  • $5.95 for Bill Pay for up to 15 payments ($0.45 each additional)
  • $20 for each wire entered and processed
  • $2.50 for each ACH file originated
  • $4.00 for each returned item (account closed or incorrect number input)
  • $3 for each Positive Pay file submitted, plus $0.10 for each exception item
  • $40 annual subscription fee
  • There is no fee to retrieve and monitor statements
