Important Notice - Systems Update On January 18-21, 2019

Community Bank will be updating a key bank processing system over the weekend of January 18 - 21, 2019.  Digital systems used by customers will operate with limited functionality over this weekend.

All systems should return to full functionality by late Sunday evening, January 20. Please note Community Bank branches will be closed on Monday, January 21, for the MLK holiday.

What To Expect and to Prepare for:

  1. Debit Cards will work with reduced limits. Point-of sale limits will be reduced to $300 per day over the weekend. If you heavily use your debit card for purchases, or you need to make a large purchase, be prepared. You can either visit a Community Bank branch during the week of January 13 to withdraw extra cash, or you can use an alternative form of payment.

  2. ATMs will be working with standard withdrawal limits. ATM withdrawals will also be limited to $300 per day for all card holders, even for card holders with an increased limit.

  3. Online Banking and Mobile Banking will be available in a limited state. Transactions and balances will be as of Friday, January 18 during Saturday and most of Sunday. Transactions conducted over the weekend will not be available online until the system is fully restored on Sunday evening.  Once the system is restored, Online Banking and Mobile Banking will work as usual. There will be no changes to features or functionality.

  4. Phone Banking will not be available over the weekend. Access to our 24 hour automated service will be restored on Sunday evening, January 20.
This effort is to improve the performance and security of our systems, to better serve our customers long term. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience and thank you for banking with us.
