President and CEO
Tom Moran is the President and CEO for Community Bank. Tom earned his Bachelors degree and an MBA from Gonzaga University. Tom began his banking career at First Bank, headquartered in Ketchikan, Alaska and joined the Community Bank team in 2001. Tom managed Community Bank branches in Pendleton and Hermiston, and later served as Controller. He was promoted to President and CEO in 2008. Tom has served as Chairman of the Oregon Bankers Association Board and currently sits on the Investment Advisory Committee for Walla Walla Community Hospice.
Executive Vice President / Chief Financial Officer
Jim Fortner is the Chief Financial Officer for Community Bank. Jim is a native of Baker City, Oregon. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Oregon State, an MBA from Portland State and is an Oregon licensed CPA. His banking career spans over 30 years and includes positions in branch management, auditing, commercial lending, credit administration, accounting and finance. Jim serves on the board of Valley Residential Services and is a Junior Achievement classroom consultant.
Executive Vice President / Chief Administrative Officer
Keith Burghardt is the Chief Administrative Officer for Community Bank managing retail banking, electronic banking, marketing and public relations. Keith earned a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York, College at Oneonta in 1998. After completing college Keith relocated to San Francisco and spent 10 years working in corporate marketing and internet consulting positions at Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of the West. During this time he also completed a graduate banking degree at Pacific Coast Banking School at University of Washington. Keith relocated to Walla Walla in 2008 to assume his role at Community Bank. Keith is a former Board Chairman of the Walla Walla Valley Chamber of Commerce and coaches for the Walla Walla Youth Football League.
Executive Vice President / Chief Credit Officer
Kirk Amick is the Chief Credit Officer for Community Bank. Kirk was born and raised on a ranch in rural Eastern Oregon in the town of Harper and he attended high school in Vale, Oregon. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Berea College, an MBA from Ohio University and has a graduate banking degree from Pacific Coast Banking School. Kirk joined the Community Bank team in 2016 with over 10+ years of commercial lending experience. His banking experience spans a wide range of roles including Teller, Branch Manager, Loan Officer, Credit Administration and most recently as Chief Credit Officer for a small institution in Portland, Oregon.
