Consumer - is someone who obtains financial products or services that are to be used primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.
Customer - is a consumer who has a continuing relationship with a financial institution.
Nonpublic Personal Information - means information about you that we collect in connection with providing a financial product or service to you. Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available from public sources, such as telephone directories or government records.
Affiliate - is a company we own or control, a company that owns or controls us, and a company that is owned or controlled by the same company that owns or controls us.
Nonaffiliated Third Party - is a company that is not an affiliate of ours.
We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
- Information we receive from you on applications or other forms
- Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and
- Information from a consumer reporting agency

WE DO NOT SHARE MEDICAL OR HEALTH INFORMATION AMONG OUR FAMILY OF COMPANIES EXCEPT TO PROCESS TRANSACTIONS OR TO PROVIDE SERVICES YOU HAVE REQUESTED OR INITIATED.
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural security standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. We limit access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We train our employees on privacy and employees who violate our procedures are subject to discipline.
We value our customer relationship with you. We will not disclose your nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law. The law does allow financial institutions to disclose information to nonaffiliated third party service providers. These service providers generally assist us to:
- Process transactions you have requested
- Maintain or service your loans or accounts
- Comply with laws and regulations
- Help us design and improve our products and services, or
- Are necessary to effect, administer or enforce a transaction
To protect your privacy, we only work with service providers that agree to maintain strong confidentiality protections; they are prohibited from disclosing or using that information for any other purpose.
We provide personal information regarding our customers’ accounts to credit bureaus for credit reporting purposes. If you believe we have provided inaccurate information to a credit bureau, please contact us in writing with your account number and other pertinent information.
We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about former customers, except as permitted by law.
